Do I Have To Pay Money Up Front?

White operate completely on a contingency fee basis.  This means that we only get paid if we recover money for you.  If we are unsuccessful in obtaining money for you we are entitled to no fee whatsoever.  Our fee is determined by a percentage of your award, so you will never end up owing us money. Additionally, we agree to front all costs associated with pursuing your case and only when we successfully resolve your case, are we reimbursed for these costs out of your settlement. Accordingly, pursuing the justice that you deserve will not involve any financial risk on your part.
