Tamica Stone (MO)
Tamica Stone was born and raised in the St. Louis area. After graduating from Roosevelt High School in St. Louis, Tamica attended Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri where she received the prestigious Gateway Classic Academic Scholarship and graduated cum laude with her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice administration. While at Lincoln University she received numerous awards for academic achievement, was consistently named to the dean’s list and proudly became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Tamica then earned her Juris Doctorate (Law Degree) at the Southern Illinois University Carbondale School of Law. While in law school, Tamica clerked at the Southern Illinois University Carbondale’s Juvenile Justice Clinic where she gained a wealth of practical legal knowledge and utilized her temporary license where she appeared in court to represent children in child abuse and neglected minors’ cases. Additionally, during her previous roles, she provided litigation support, drafted and prepared motions and pleadings for filings, assembled and organized legal documents for trial preparation in the areas of Estate Planning, Landlord and Tenant Law, Criminal Law, and Personal Injury Law.
Tamica is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Missouri and is therefore eligible to practice in all state courts throughout the great state of Missouri. In addition to Tamica’s extensive legal activities she enjoys volunteering with the Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Salvation Army, Special Olympics, and the Adopt a Highway program.
