Victor Sikeley was born in Ghana at the Buduburam Refugee Camp shortly after his mother fled the violence of Liberia’s civil war. As a small child when the violence Liberia’s civil war subsided, his family returned to Liberia for a brief period of time however, in 1999 as the civil war in Liberia reignited, he returned to the refugee camp in Ghana for safety.  In 2005 via assistance from the United Nations he and his family were able to relocate to Minneapolis, Minesota where he was an exemplary student and excelled academically in high school. So much so that he received an academic scholarship to attend the University of St. Thomas there in Minneapolis where he received his Bachelor’s Degree graduating Magna Cum Laude with a double major in Business Law and Leadership & Management.      

After successfully completing his undergraduate education Victor decided to remain at the University of St. Thomas where he successfully pursued and received both his Juris Doctorate (Law Degree) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).  While in law school Victor served as the President of the Black Law Students Association, was awarded the Judge Michael Davis Scholarship by the Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers, and received the President’s Scholarship for academic excellence and leadership.

Today, he channels that high-performance experience into fiercely advocating for the firm’s clients through his meticulous attention to detail, thorough preparation, and deep commitment to serving others.

With a background that bridges both legal analysis and business strategy, Victor brings a multidisciplinary approach to every case, helping clients navigate the legal system with clarity and confidence.

When Victor is not working, he prides himself self on being a zealous community advocate.  In that vein he founded and operates the “Initiative for A Better Africa” (IFBA) which is an international non-profit organization whose mission is to provide equal access to quality education in West Africa, regardless of socio-economic background. Over one hundred and thirty IFBA scholarships have been awarded thus and that number will continue to grow.
