Andrew Marzan is a proud native of the Chicagoland area. He was born and raised in the City of Chicago before later moving with his family to the northwest suburbs.  Coming from a hardworking blue-collar family, Andrew learned early the importance of discipline, perseverance, and service to others.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from DePaul University, where he focused his studies on human behavior and analytical sciences. Seeking to deepen his understanding of the law, he attended the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate (Law Degree). During law school, Andrew demonstrated exceptional academic commitment, earning the prestigious CALI Award in Constitutional Law. He also served as a charter member of the Student Veteran Association and worked with the UIC Veterans Legal Clinic, where he assisted U.S. military veterans with disability claims to secure essential healthcare and financial support.

After successfully passing the Illinois Bar Examination in 2014, Andrew began his legal career practicing in several counties across the State of Illinois including Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, McHenry, and DeKalb. Over the years, he has gained significant experience handling a broad range of legal matters involving personal injury, consumer protection and debt defense, bankruptcy, contract disputes, insurance defense litigation, and domestic relations. His wide-ranging experience in civil litigation has provided him with a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy, motion practice, negotiation, and client representation.

Andrew then exclusively devoted his practice to defending individuals facing criminal charges. As a criminal defense attorney, he has represented clients in misdemeanor and felony matters including DUI, domestic battery, assault, and controlled substance offenses. He has developed an expert working knowledge of criminal procedure and is highly skilled in identifying legal and evidentiary issues to pursue the best possible outcome for his clients.
